Publishing Overview

After you have created either an Attitude-X Study or a Custom Study, the next step is to publish the questionnaire to allow your audience access to consume the questionnaire and provide valuable information to you about your products and services.

Publishing a Questionnaire

Publishing a questionnaire is done by choosing from a range of publishing options to provide your customers access to your questionnaire. Publishing methods for your questionnaires include the following:

  • Creating a link that you can then paste into emails, blog posts, social media posts or by any other method used to communicate with your customers.
  • Open a study in a new browser tab or window to review and test the questionnaire.
  • Sharing a questionnaire via client application installed on a desktop computer or browser-based user interface:
    1. Email client
    2. Facebook
    3. LinkedIn
    4. X.
  • Generate a QR code which can be copied and pasted to emails, blog posts, social media posts, or any other method used to communicate with your customers.
  • Print the QR code to make available within your business premises.

Accessing Publishing Options

  1. To get started, login to Attitude-X.

  2. From the Attitude-X dashboard, click on the study to be published. The form page will be displayed.

  3. To access the publishing options, select the Publish tab from the form page.

  4. The Publish view has four separate options to help you get a study to your customers:

    1. Direct Link Of Your Form - Copy the link for your form to the clipboard and paste the link into an email, blog, social media posts etc. You can also view and test your form by clicking Open In New Tab.

    2. Share Form Link Via - Access your preferred social media platform (Facebook, LinkedIn or X) from a browser and share the form link. Alternatively, use an email client installed on your desktop computer to share the form link.

    3. Share in QR Form - Share a QR Code version of your form link directly to Facebook, LinkedIn and X via a web browser or by using an email client installed on your desktop computer. You can also copy the QR Code to the clipboard and paste into your own favourite software application.

    4. Print QR - Create a QR Code ready for printing.
