I’m a business owner. How does Attitude-X help me and my business?

Attitude-X is a web-based data collection and analysis tool to help small businesses owners gain business insights from data provided by customers. Small business owners can use these insights to plan and implement positive business changes to better align with customer expectactions and, in time, increase revenue and profit.

Attitude-X helps small business owners gain a deeper understanding of their customers, identify new market opportunities, and appreciate how products and services are regarded by customers. Attitude-X does this by providing ready-to-use customer studies (no design or build required) to allow business owners can get started immediately. Detailed data analysis is provided as part of an Attitude-X ready-to-use study to provide valuable customer insights. Attitude-X does not require users to spend hours learning the product, rather the focus is enabling business owners to focus on what is most important to them - running a successful business.

Big businesses spend millions of dollars each year building and operating teams of data scientists to gather and analyse data about customers, products and services. Attitude-X allows small business to have the same advantages as big business - using data-based decision making to support business improvement. Attitude-X is the data science team for small businesses.

My business isn’t in the list of Attitude-X supported business categories. Can I still use Attitude-X?

Yes. Attitude-X supported business categories are relevant to the studies that include both a pre-built questionnaire and integrated complex analytics. A small business owner can still subscribe to Attitude-X, enjoy product support and future product enhancements, and leverage Attitude-X’s custom study functionality to create their own targeted custom studies. Custom studies allow users to design questionnaires, publish studies to a range of targets, and provide simple analytics to help gain insights from customer response data. Attitude-X does not restrict the number of custom studies that can be created, or limit the volume of data stored (Attitude-X allows data to be stored for 12 months to provide a longitudinal or historical view on responses).

What is data-driven decision making?

Data-driven decision making is the use of reliable data as an additional input into the process of making business decisions. Attitude-X supports data-driven decision making by collecting, analysing and presenting data from Attitude-X customer studies. Data collected by Attitude-X is specific to the business sharing the study which means the data collected is directly reflective of the opinions of a business’s customers - making the data an invaluable business asset.

Data-driven decision making also describes the use of data to validate business ideas - using data collected from target audiences to confirm that a business idea will have a positive impact on those that will benefit. Attitude-X provides a custom study capability to support businesses “floating” an idea with its customers to assess its business value before making a significant commitment and investment in any particular idea.

Research has shown both big and small businesses benefit from using data to support business decisions. Big business has many resources at its disposal to maximise the value enjoyed from data-driven decision making. Attitude-X is specifically designed to give small businesses a similar opportunity. When a small business uses Attitude-X, it is like having a data analytics team helping to drive revenue growth, reduce costs, lower business risk, and provide a better customer experience.

How many Attitude-X Studies can I create?

There is no limit to the number of Attitude-X Studies you can create. There is also no limit on the amount of data you can store in Attitude-X. An Attitude-X Study is designed to collect as much information, and provide as much data, as is possible with a single study questionnaire. For this reason, better data quality and analysis results will be achieved by collecting data from customers in a single study. That being said, because Attitude-X does not limit the number of Attitude-X Studies that can be created, you may prefer to assess initial analysis data, effect positive changes to your business, and then test the effectiveness of those changes with another Attitude-X study. Attitude-X is designed to help small businesses - and for this reason, Attitude-X tries to be as flexible as it can be.

How many custom studies can I create?

There is no limit to the number of custom studies you can create. There is also no limit on the amount of data you can store in Attitude-X. This means Attitude-X will support you exploring new ideas with your customers as well as seeking customer feedback on new or changed product ideas. Attitude-X is designed to help small businesses to make positive changes to how they operate - and for this reason, Attitude-X tries to be as flexible as it can be.
