Manage User Profile

Attitude-X users can manage their profile information from the profile page accessible from the Attitude-X dashboard.

Login to Attitude-X

  1. Navigate to the Attitude-X Login Page.

    The Login page appears as below:

  2. Enter the following values:

    1. Email: The email account entered when first creating your Attitude-X Account. Note, this address can be updated at any time in profile settings and the updated email address can be used when you next log into Attitude-X.

    2. Password: Your current Account password.

      1. If you have forgotten your Attitude-X Account password, select Forgot Password?. You will be redirected to the Forgot Password page.

      Enter the email address registered to your Account and select SEND CODE. A link will be sent to the email address associated with your Attitude-X account. Use the link in your email to reset your Attitude-X Account password. When you have reset your password, return to the Login page link and repeat the sign in process.

  3. Select SIGN IN.

  4. You will now be directed to the Attitude-X dashboard.

  5. To access the User Profile page, select the User Profile button (shown below in green) from the Attitude-X dashboard:

  6. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

  7. The User Profile page appears as below:

    The User Profile page manages a number of user profile attributes:

    1. Account Type: Contains subscription sign up information. This information relates to the subscription invoice amount sent to the user. This profile attribute is set by the system and cannot be changed by users.

    2. First Name: First name of user account.

    3. Last Name: Last name of user account.

    4. Email: The email account where all Attitude-X correspondence (including invoicing) is directed. It can be a generic business email address but needs to be unique in the Attitude-X system.

    5. Company Name: The name of the business provided during the Create Account process.

    6. Avatar: An opportunity to customise a user profile with an image file. Can be a standard image file format (eg, png, jpeg, bmp etc).

Updating a User Profile

Users can manage a user profile and make changes as often as is required. Changes made to a user profile will be available for use by the application immediately. To update profile information, begin by selecting the Edit button (shown below in green) beside the profile attribute to be updated.

  1. For example, to change the Company Name attribute, Click the Edit button beside Company Name.

    The profile attribute becomes enabled to allow you to make changes. In this example, the Company Name is updated to “Attitude-X-Support-Cafe-New”.

  2. When you have completed your changes, click the profile attribute Edit button again, or click away from the updated profile attribute, to complete the update process. If your changes are successful, you will receive a Profile updated successfully notification. Unsuccessful changes are not stored in your profile record.

  3. To return to the Attitude-X dashboard, click the Back button (left-arrow) beside My Profile or click on the Attitude-X logo on the top-left of the User Profile page.
